Sarah Palin Federal Indictment
July 4, 2009
Alaska Governor Sarah Palin reportedly resigned because of a federal indictment pending in an embezzlement scandal that allegedly involves her receiving huge financial favors from Spenard Building Supplies.
If the news is true, the upcoming Sarah Palin indictment would have crippled her ability to govern effectively.
Her resignation was said to be so sudden that her own children were not aware she was resigning until they heard her speak the words. Prior to the announcement, Palin had given every indication that she intended to complete her tenure as governor, including 36 hours earlier during a meeting with Senator Mark Begich.
A few select sources are indicating that Sarah Palin’s sudden resignation as Governor of Alaska may have actually been due to the fact that an embezzlement scandal is about to surface involving various construction projects in the Governor’s home town of Wasilla, Alaska…with a Federal indictment looming.
It seems that when Sarah Palin was Mayor of that same town back in 2002, she had initiated the construction of both the Wasilla Sports Complex and the town’s hockey arena. The project, which cost $12 million, wound up being handled by some contractors who were acquainted with Palin. Also, at just about the same time as the sports complex was being erected, so was Sarah Palin’s new home. The house just happens to be constructed from the exact same materials with which the sports complex was built. The wood in both structures are the same, the windows are the same, as well as many other materials.
While the home was being constructed, Palin, acting as Mayor, passed a bylaw requiring building permits in the town. Now there is no reputable list of the contractors who worked on her house.
All of this information is coming from Alaskans who’ve been studying Palin and gathering information on her for some time. Thus far, federal investigators have kept pressure on them to keep the story quiet so that a media frenzy won’t interfere with their investigation.
Some other blogs are already calling this “Iceberg Gate” so stay tuned and let’s see what happens as more information comes to light.
